Copyright and DMCA policy
Version 2026-10-17-standard-stripe · All legal documents
1. Our policy
We respect intellectual property and expect our customers to do the same (Acceptable use policy § 4). We remove or disable access to material when we receive a valid notice that it infringes copyright, and we close the workspaces of repeat infringers.
2. How to send a copyright notice
Use the notice form with the reason "Copyright or other intellectual property", or write to our designated agent (section 4). Under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)) a notice must contain:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the infringing material and the exact Lumdeck address (the share link or gallery URL) where it is available;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
Rights holders elsewhere may send the same information; we handle it under the Digital Services Act and EU and Estonian copyright law. Knowingly false notices can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
3. What happens next
We confirm receipt, review the notice and, if it is complete and credible, take the material down. We send the uploader and the workspace owners a statement of reasons with a copy or summary of the notice, and tell the notifier our decision.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, reply to the statement of reasons or write to the agent with a counter-notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)) containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.
We forward a valid counter-notice to the notifier. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we restore the material within 10 to 14 business days of receiving the counter-notice.
4. Designated agent
Copyright Agent, Quietstack OÜ (registry code 17608504), Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. E-mail: office@kinesislab.ai. Telephone: +19406016358. WhatsApp: +19406016358. No US Copyright Office designated-agent registration is recorded. This contact accepts copyright notices; registration and safe-harbor eligibility are not claimed.
5. Repeat infringers
A workspace that receives three valid copyright takedowns within twelve months, without a successful counter-notice, is closed and its account holders may be refused a new account. We may act sooner in clear or serious cases.
