Questions
How does the free trial work?
New accounts get 30 days at Free limits after email verification and card confirmation: 3 presentations, 2 members, 500 MB storage, 25 MB per deck and 30 days of view totals. The selected Pro or Team plan starts and charges automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel. We email a reminder before the trial ends. Manage or cancel in Billing. Creating another workspace does not restart the free period. Existing accounts keep their current access. After cancellation and trial expiry, existing content stays readable; new uploads, invitations and live hosting require paid or admin-granted access.
Who can buy Lumdeck, and is VAT included?
Personal and business use are supported. Review the final price and any applicable tax in Stripe before confirming. The seller is Quietstack OÜ, Estonia. See the terms.
Can I pay in euros?
Yes. Pick USD or EUR above. Each currency has fixed list prices that do not change with exchange rates. Your subscription renews at the amount confirmed at checkout.
Can I cancel, and do you give refunds?
Cancel any time in Billing → Manage subscription. The plan runs until the end of the period you paid for and then stops renewing. Consumers can withdraw within 14 days of their first paid subscription for a full refund; mandatory rights remain. See the Billing policy. Yearly plans cost ten months, so you get two months free.
What happens if I go over a limit or downgrade?
Downgrading does not delete your decks. Above its limits a workspace is read-only for what is over: existing decks, links and analytics keep working, while new uploads (too many decks or too much storage) or new invitations (too many members) wait until you are back within the limits or upgrade.
Do viewers pay or need an account?
No. Viewers are never charged and open public links without an account. Gated links ask for a password or a one-time e-mail code, and decks shared with named people ask them to sign in. Views by signed-in members of your own workspace are left out of the counts unless you switch on “Include team views”.
Can my AI agent publish during the trial?
Yes. The REST API and MCP server work on every plan; Free allows 2 keys and 10 publishes a day, Pro 5 and 100, Team 25 and 1,000. You can also publish one HTML file with no account at all: up to 10 MB, kept 7 days, then claim it into a workspace when you sign up. Existing workspace keys work at Free limits; the in-app key management, connection panels and full configuration guide require Pro or Team. See the developer guide.
How large can a deck be?
Up to 25 MB on Free, 50 MB on Pro, 50 MB on Team. A signed-in upload can be one HTML file or a zip. One HTML file with no account stays at 10 MB.
