Report content (Digital Services Act)
Version 2026-10-17-standard-stripe · All legal documents
1. Report content
Use this form to tell us about content on Lumdeck that you believe is illegal or breaks our Acceptable use policy. On a shared deck, the "Report" link at the bottom of the page fills in the address for you.
2. What happens next
- You receive a confirmation with a reference number if you gave an e-mail address.
- A person on our team reviews the notice against the law and our terms. We aim to decide within one business day; phishing, malware, threats to life and child sexual abuse material come first. No automated system decides on notices.
- If we restrict the content, the person who uploaded it receives a statement of reasons. We do not tell them who sent the notice unless the law requires it.
- We e-mail you our decision and how to contest it: by replying within six months, through a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body where one is available, by a complaint to the Estonian Digital Services Coordinator (TTJA), or in court.
Our moderation policies and tools are described in section 7 of the Terms of service. Copyright owners can also follow the copyright policy.
A notice must be accurate and given in good faith. We may stop processing notices from people who repeatedly send manifestly unfounded ones. If someone is in immediate danger, call 112 before you write to us.
3. Contact point for authorities
Our single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services under Article 11 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) is office@kinesislab.ai. We accept messages in English and Estonian. Orders to act against illegal content or to provide information (Articles 9 and 10) can be sent to the same address.
Users of Lumdeck can reach us at office@kinesislab.ai.
