Plans and billing
Plans are per workspace, viewers are free, and nothing is deleted on a downgrade.
Plans are per workspace, not per person. People who only view your decks never need an account and never count towards your plan.
Plans
The current plans, prices and limits are on Pricing. Each plan sets how many decks and members a workspace has, how large a deck can be, which link options and analytics are included, and its API/MCP publishing limits. Existing keys work within those limits; the in-app configuration panels require Pro or Team.
The 30-day trial
Verify your email, choose Pro or Team for after the trial, and confirm a card with Stripe. You then have 30 days at Free limits: 3 presentations, 2 members, 500 MB storage, 25 MB per deck and 30 days of view totals. At the end, the chosen plan starts and is charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand. Additional workspaces share the original deadline.
After the free period, existing decks and links remain readable. New uploads (including versions and API/MCP publishing), invitations and live hosting require a paid plan. We email a reminder before expiry. For card trials, review or cancel the upcoming subscription in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Existing workspaces retain their access; current subscriptions and administrator-granted plans continue to apply. The former 14-day Pro trial is no longer offered to new workspaces.
Changing plan
The workspace owner changes the plan under Settings → Billing. Payment, invoices and the payment method are handled there too.
Going over a limit
If a workspace is above its plan's limits, for example after moving to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted. Existing decks and links keep working; new uploads or invitations wait until you are back under the limit or upgrade. A banner in the app names what is paused.
Questions about a bill
Signed in, use Account → Support so we can see the workspace. Otherwise, use the contact form.
Personal and business purchases
Choose personal or business use in Billing, then review the price, renewal interval and purchase terms before continuing to Stripe. Quietstack OÜ is not VAT registered. Checkout availability depends on the applicable payment and tax setup. Review the final total before confirming.
Consumer withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of their first paid subscription for a full refund under Lumdeck's policy, without waiving stronger local rights. Use Withdraw from a contract without signing in, or email office@kinesislab.ai. Keep the dated receipt. This submits the declaration to support; it does not automatically refund or cancel a subscription. See the Billing policy for details.
