Your data: export, deletion and where it lives
Download everything, delete your account, and what we store about viewers.
You can take your data out of Lumdeck and delete it at any time, without contacting anyone.
Download your data
Account → Privacy → Download my data gives you a JSON file with your profile, workspaces, the decks you created, the links you made, notifications, requests and activity. Deck files download from each presentation's page.
Delete your account
Account → Privacy → Delete my account removes your account. If you are the only owner of a workspace with other members, transfer ownership first, or delete the workspace. Deleted presentations stay in the trash for 30 days, then they and their files are removed for good.
What Lumdeck stores about viewers
Lumdeck stores, per deck view: the time, the slides reached and seconds per slide, the country, the device type (desktop, tablet, mobile) and a one-day anonymous fingerprint (see analytics). Opening a link sets one essential cookie that remembers the visit (and an unlocked password or code) for 12 hours; it is sent only to that link.
Where data is stored
Lumdeck runs on Cloudflare. Where presentation files and account data are stored, and who processes them, is listed in the privacy notice.
Requests
For access, correction, objection or erasure requests, use Account → Privacy when signed in, or the contact form.
